Always check the power, & if its sufficient
Look at the cords are they weak, are they tightly connected, are the in good working condition?
Check to see if the power button is on or lit green or clear white on the device or sometimes blue, once you have checked the basic connections.
Does the device require new batteries, please change the batteries.

Internet Troubleshooting from your view
Check your wifi, determine if it is connected.
Power off the machine completely for 15 seconds; shutdown the computer or go to phone settings and power off mobile device.
Turn device back on, allow a few moments for wifi to sync
Check your internet settings on your computer, check the status if it says connected, good. If not
Check your modem if its connected, if it is refresh your modem by powering it off for 5 minutes and power back on.
Recheck your computer, restart and try connecting to Wi-Fi or land wire connection. If still not powering on.

Troubleshooting company mobile phone-Emails
Check your phone to make sure you are connected to your company, companies' portal and login in with your end-user credentials using your company user id and network password.
If phone was initially set-up correctly the Microsoft Outlook app should be installed, open it.
Check to make sure your Device manager has the network account connected to phone, if so good, if not go to your VPN and Device Management settings to connect it may take several minutes
If this step process is not required by the organization go directly to your MSN or Microsoft app for your company emails and check the settings click account if you don't see your email account, click add account and follow the steps.
Will take a few moments and once connected close app reopen and check if your account loads and you see your emails populating to your inbox.
If you still have an issue several things could be happening, confirm you have a company account, is it a pin code issue, all require you to speak to your service desk admin or provider.

Troubleshooting laptop keeps overheating
Remove laptop from lifted surface or a covered surface, there could be a dust build up.
Make sure the laptop is on a flat cool surface that does not generate functional heat.
Look at the age of the computer or if refurbished the computer fan could be bad.
Are you running too may applications simultaneously.
This issue could sometimes be affected by long-term use of the computer while editing large video files for hours or for days ; this affects the high-end applications
Malware virus issue in motion.
Close all of your open pages, application, shut down the computer for 5-30 minutes.
Check if your system updates need to run and run on the machine.
If computer gets hot instantly, stop.
