A prevelant issue we see
Recovering work mail on personal mobile phone.
Typically an organization will use company devices that are designated for company use.
But many organizations will allow personal phone usage with management device features to protect company emails.
In this case you will download Microsoft Office and begin installing the management device services.
Once completed installation of management log into Microsoft Office with company email and wait for emails do donload.
You may need to log out of email app and log back in.
you should then see your emails
If there are issues, Stop, log out and close apps and start over.
Another basic issue we see end-users re unable to pair daily devices such phones, headphones, ipads, printers, most daily gadgets.
Here's what you do?
go to the computer you want to pair your device with or the other device .
now from the device you want to link to go to bluetooth settings
make sure your new device is on so that the pair to device can pick up
pairing should not take long and both devices are synced
Some parts of technolgy methods are very simple just stay the course and do what it says.

Your company laptop/desktop have an external connection because its not on the company network internet but rather your home ISP internet service provider connection. There is much information to protect and encrypt as information travels through all types of internet traffic; the result of needing this virtual tool for successful protected transmission.
Mobile Devices
The same occurs on a mobile device through the Company portal.
..when using your mobile device, you on your ISP connection, when accessing company resources through apps, you are in a closed environment to access some company information and emails which emails host Microsoft host another level of already installed security settings.
It is why a tech can access your company mobile, wipe the phone or lock if need and or remote to your device and assist you remotely.
